Return and Refund Policy

At Soothing Sabores, we strive for your satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, we primarily offer store credit for returns, with some exceptions for defective or damaged items.


Return Eligibility

  • You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  • To file a return, email us at info@soothingsabores.com with a picture of the item and receipt.
  • Please wait for return authorization before mailing the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to finding a solution. Please contact us if you encounter any problems.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Soap (except for packaging discrepancies)
  • Custom or personalized gift-ready products
  • Personal care products (e.g., soaps, lotions, shampoo bars, lip balms)
  • Volatile products (e.g., body butter, lip balms, sugar scrubs)
  • Sale items and gift cards (final sale, no exceptions)

Exchanges

To exchange a product, or to file a return, please contact us. Once approved, you may use your store credit or choose a replacement of equal or lesser value.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved returns typically result in store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are rare but may be considered in special cases.

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
  • Approved returns may incur shipping fees payable by the customer ($5 flat rate fee).
